Exactly what you need to start lifting Olympic Style(2" inner hole) plates conveniently for your finger training workouts.
This will work with the most common plates in most commercial and home gyms alike that use 2" diameter hole. This will NOT work if you have the less common 1" inner diameter weight plates.
Loading pin is made of steel and powder coated black. Also features a felt pad on the bottom where it meets the floor.
