Carabiner
A small wire gate carabiner.
This a mini aluminum carabiner rated for 12KN(more than enough for your training but NOT rated for climbing). Meant to be used with your loading pin and it's small size makes it ideal for not taking up too much vertical height.
This carabiner is also the ideal carabiner for using with the unique slots in the Fifth Element. So if you are unsure if you have a carabiner that will fit that device then you can be assured this one will work perfectly.
***Word of caution- You may choose to use a climbing rated carabiner for training but once you do we HIGHLY recommend you no longer use it for climbing. Using a carabiner without UIAA rating like this we believe actually makes it easier to not mix them up. Have this be your assigned training carabiner and keep separate from your other gear. ***
